It starts with a square spar. Jigged here level and at 81 degrees.
Right wing skeleton drilled and ready to rivet. Still in jig at 81degrees with main and rear spars level.

Fuel sender access hole. The fuel senders were a huge pain in the butt to figure out how and where to mount. Mounting as far to the back will give clearance from the skins. Access holes added for future inspection and repair.
The dreaded wingtip!! It wasn't really that hard afterall and the results are perfect. Just cut sloooowwwly....
Done, done, and done!! Dad and I just before we move it off the table to do it again with the left wing.
EAA tech counselor did a pre-cover inspection and everything looked good!!!
